Policies

Refund policy: there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges 

Shipping: we ship out packages within 1-4 business days, unless there is a delay due to the holidays. 

Incorrect Address: please provide the correct address on your order! If you did not, please email @luxelablips@outlook.com asap 

Broken LED light: the quality of every lip gloss is checked carefully before packaged and shipped. If the LED light breaks, we sincerely apologize. Please email us a video within 24 hrs of delivery of broken light and we will proved a discount code. Thank you. 

Air bubbles: some tubes require some air bubbles so that they do not overflow when the wand is inserted, but the full amount is still inside.
